First Choice Pharmacies

Members of Liviniti have access to reduced prescription costs at participating FirstChoice pharmacies. There are more than 50,000 (and growing) FirstChoice pharmacies. Variable Copay Program

The City of Woodstock has an additional benefit to your prescription benefit coverage. The Variable Copay Program was created to save you money and combat the rising cost of prescription medications. The Variable Copay Program is managed by Liviniti, your Pharmacy Benefit Manager, and administered through the CRx Specialty Solution Pharmacy.

This program uses coupons provided by the manufacturer. If your medication has a Variable Copay Opportunity and you try to fill your medication at a retail pharmacy, the pharmacy will get a rejection message stating “Variable Copay Opportunity Available” Please call 1.800.710.9341. This does not mean your medication is not covered and instead means your medication is eligible for a manufacturer coupon that will reduce the cost to you.
