How to Enroll

1. Access Employee Navigator by visiting employeenavigator.com
2. Click Login located in the top right-hand corner of the Home Page.
3. Click on Register as a new user located at the bottom of the login screen. Enter the following information to create your username and password:
   1. First Name
   2. Last Name
   3. Company Identifier: cityofwoodstock
   4. Last 4 digits of your social security number
   5. Date of Birth
4. Once registered, you can view your current benefits by clicking on the Enrollment Summary icon located in the middle of the Home Page.

New Hires have 30 days from their hire date to make their online benefit elections.

For a Qualified Change in Status outside of your new hire or open enrollment period, you have within 31 days from the status event date to make a change in your election related to the event.  Please see the “Making Changes” section of the Benefits Portal for more information
